RC Atlee

I am passionate about homes, art, style, and community. I’m a proud father and a devoted family member, a creative force and a great resource for ramblings about architecture, real estate, marketing, history, pop culture and more. I’m always hungry, never tired. My camera and iPhone have supplanted my paintbrush, mostly.

I grew up hopping the tracks of Philadelphia’s Main Line, and enjoyed time spent blissfully roaming the halls and gardens of some of the area’s most architecturally significant homes – La Ronda, Ardrossan, and Glencairn were all mine, if for hours at a time.

I’ve been selling real estate since 2008, and I currently work for Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty. As a luxury property marketing expert and innovator in real estate sales and marketing, I have the pleasure of working with buyers, sellers, and agents representing fine homes in all price ranges. I relish the opportunity to see the most beautiful homes in the region and the world.

I try to keep a daily record of what inspires me, and the great glimpses of life around me that I can share. In 2009, I started Proper Philadelphia, a blog named as a tongue-in-cheek reference to Digby Baltzell’s work and dedicated to documenting Philadelphia’s social, philanthropic, and cultural scene. My current blog is a distilled and more focused iteration, with an emphasis on my passion for the way we live well.

Ursula McNamara Foulser

Ursula McNamara is a real estate professional with a background in the creative world, a passion for life on the East End, and experience in home renovation. She joined the Bill Williams Team at Compass, where she helps homeowners, buyers and sellers through the exciting and nuanced transaction process.

A native of Manchester, England, Ursula lived in Paris before coming to New York in 1996 to pursue photography and photographic printing. She was a co-founder of The Small Dark Room in Manhattan, where her business focused on cultivating and serving clients in advertising, fine art, and editorial photography.

After purchasing and renovating a home in East Hampton, and summering out East for seven years, she relocated her family to the Hamptons full time. With the sale of her business, Ursula fully embraced the local lifestyle and decided to pursue her interest and passion for real estate. Today, she enjoys working with a wide array of clients, especially first-time buyers from the city and ex-pats like herself with whom she can share her love and knowledge of the region.
